The Lebanese Rugby League Federation have announced their U18 Cedars squad to take on Niue on October 14, 2017. The LRLF held a two-day camp that involved specific rugby league training, testing, and bonding session which impacted the players in a positive way.
The upcoming fixture will prove to be an exciting one, with the U18 Cedars squad hosting twelve SG Ball players, and one from Queensland, amongst a host of up and coming Lebanese youth.
Tony Sakr, U18 Cedars Head Coach is excited at this opportunity, “It is not only about giving the younger generation the opportunity, support, and training to reach their full potential, but a chance to remind them to be proud of our heritage. The players are focused & are looking forward to the upcoming game against Niue next week.”
